Auth Requests Fail with 400 "Security check failed"
CAPTCHA (Turnstile) is enabled under Authentication → Attack Protection
Send the Turnstile token as captcha_token (or captchaToken in the SDKs)
Make sure the widget's hostname matches your app's domain
A 503 means CAPTCHA is on but no Turnstile secret is saved: add the site key and secret in Attack Protection
Project Stuck on "Waiting for capacity"
The selected region has no free dedicated capacity yet; the project starts automatically when capacity frees up
If creation fails with a capacity error, retry or choose another region
Lost the Database Password
WoWSQL does not show the password again in the Connect menu (it shows [YOUR-PASSWORD])
Reset it from Project Settings → Database password → Reset password: enter a new password or choose Generate on server. Resetting disconnects all active sessions
Extension Will Not Enable
Enabling PostgreSQL extensions requires a paid plan (Pro or Scale)
Some extensions are blocked (for example dblink, postgres_fdw); see Overview → Advanced Database Features
