Free has no platform backups. Pro and Scale get daily copies kept for 7 days.

- Do not rely on us as your only backup.
What we take
Backup coverage follows your plan:

This is not point-in-time recovery for every plan, and it is not a substitute for your own disaster recovery.
What is not included
- Free plan has no platform backup
- Storage objects, Auth configuration, and dashboard settings may not be in the same snapshot as Postgres. Export those separately if you need them
- Self-hosted has no backups from us — you run your own
Restores
Paid customers can ask support to restore a backup that still exists inside the 7-day window. Restores can overwrite newer data. We do not guarantee a restore time in these pages; a paid SLA, if you have one, is the only extra commitment.
You must export
Keep your own dumps on a schedule you trust. If you delete a project, backups for that project go with it. See Retention and deletion.
