Security incidents
Last updated October 22, 2026·Applies to Cloud
We post incidents on /status. You still rotate keys. No extra SLA unless a paid contract says so.
In short
- Status is posted at wowsql.com/status.
- We do not add an email-notification SLA in this policy.
- You still rotate keys and secure your apps.
Where we post
Platform incidents and maintenance are posted on wowsql.com/status. That page is the source of truth. We do not promise a separate email or SMS SLA in this policy.
What we do
We investigate, contain, and repair platform issues. For a confirmed security incident that affects your project data, we will notify the account email we have on file when notice is required or clearly useful. We may take emergency actions (rate limits, key disable, region failover) to protect the Service.
What you still must do
- Rotate keys if they may have been exposed — including by your own app
- Watch your application logs and Auth users
- Do not wait for us if you leaked a
service_rolekey
No extra guarantee
These pages are not an uptime SLA. Paid plan credits, if any, are in the Refund Policy. Free plan and self-hosted have no incident SLA from WoWSQL.
