Your tables and files stay yours. We process them only to run the Service.
In short
- Your project data and files stay yours.
- WoWSQL does not take IP in your content and does not sell it.
- Export while the account is active. Deleted projects cannot be restored.
Your data
You own the data you put in WoWSQL: tables, rows, files, Auth users in your project, SQL, and application code. We do not claim intellectual property in your content.
We process that data only to run the hosted Service — store it, back it up where your plan includes backups, serve APIs, and (if you turn them on) OAuth, MCP, and in-product AI.
What we own
The hosted platform, our branding, dashboard, APIs, and our software (except open-source components under their own licenses) belong to WoWSQL. Using the Service does not transfer those rights to you.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your project data
- We do not train public AI models on your databases
- We do not use your content for advertising
- Staff access is limited to operating the platform, fixing issues you ask us to look at, or meeting a legal duty
Exports
You may export project data with the tools we provide (SQL dump, table export, storage download) while your account is active. After a project is deleted, we cannot restore it. See Retention and deletion and Service shutdown.
