If we wind down hosted WoWSQL you get at least 30 days to export. Then data may be deleted.
In short
- At least 30 days’ notice if we discontinue the hosted Service.
- Export during that window.
- After that, hosted data may be destroyed.
If we wind down a hosted service
If we discontinue the hosted WoWSQL cloud (or a material part of it), we will give at least 30 days’ notice to the account email on file and post on the site or status page.
During that window you may export your data with the tools we provide. After the window, we may delete hosted data and shut the endpoints down.
What we do not promise
- We do not promise a paid migration service
- We do not keep Free-plan backups to hand you after shutdown if none existed before
- Self-hosted copies you already run are yours; see Self-hosted
Insolvency or force majeure
If we cannot operate the Service because of events outside our reasonable control, we will still try to give export time. If we cannot, these Terms’ limitation of liability applies. Keep your own exports.
