Retention and deletion

Last updated October 22, 2026·Applies to Cloud

Account delete has a 30-day grace period. Project delete is immediate and irreversible.

In short

  • Account deletion: 30-day grace, then permanent.
  • Project deletion is immediate. Export first.
  • Some billing and legal records may be kept longer.

While the account is open

We keep account, billing, and project data so the Service works. Logs and metrics are kept only as long as we need them to operate, secure, and bill the platform.

Account deletion

When you request account deletion, we start a 30-day grace period. During that window you may cancel the deletion and keep the account. After 30 days we delete hosted project data. Some records (invoices, legal holds, abuse records) may be kept longer if the law requires it.

Project deletion

Deleting a project is immediate and irreversible. Database, storage, keys, and any platform backups for that project are removed. Export first. We cannot undo a project delete.

MCP and OAuth records

OAuth grants last until you revoke them or they expire. MCP API logs are kept up to 90 days. See the Privacy Policy.

After we delete

Deleted means gone from production systems. Residual copies in encrypted backups of our own control plane (not your Free-plan database) age out on our backup cycle. We do not sell leftover data.
