Sub-processors
Last updated October 22, 2026·Applies to Cloud
Vendors that handle customer data for the hosted Service: AWS, Cloudflare, Dodo, analytics.
In short
- AWS hosts compute, Postgres, S3, and Bedrock.
- Cloudflare is the edge. Dodo Payments handles checkout.
- AI clients you connect are not our sub-processors.
Who helps us run the Service
These vendors process customer or end-user data on our instructions for the hosted Service. We update this list when it changes. “Last updated” on this page is the date that matters.
| Vendor | What they do | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Compute, managed Postgres, object storage (S3), and Amazon Bedrock for Mera | Mumbai (ap-south-1) and US East (us-east-1), plus AWS regions Bedrock uses for that feature |
| Cloudflare | CDN, DNS, WAF, and Turnstile bot checks | Global edge |
| Dodo Payments | Checkout, subscriptions, invoices, and payment status | As Dodo Payments operates its service |
| Google Analytics | Marketing-site usage (IP anonymization where enabled) | Google’s analytics regions |
| Microsoft Clarity | Marketing-site session analytics (form fields masked) | Microsoft’s analytics regions |
Not our sub-processors
When you connect OpenAI, Anthropic, Cursor, n8n, Zapier, or another app, that company is not processing data as our sub-processor. You are sending them data under your own relationship with them.
Changes
We may add or replace vendors to operate the Service. Material changes will be reflected here. If a contract with you requires advance notice, that contract controls.
